These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and h bazi ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at h-bazi.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the h bazi platform — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.1 Scope of Service

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

h bazi applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practice. Before processing a player's first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at the Company's discretion, we may require you to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the h bazi payments team within one to three business days, provided that the player's account has passed KYC verification and no account review is in progress. Withdrawal funds are returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the h bazi account.

5.4 Promotion Modification and Withdrawal

h bazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after players have already opted in, the Company will honour the terms applicable at the time of the player's opt-in for that specific instance of the offer. New opt-ins will not be accepted once a promotion has been closed.

By using h bazi, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. 6.2 Intellectual Property

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Before closing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within two business days during BST hours.

7.2 Consequences of Closure for Violations

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms:

If no response is received and no activity occurs within a further 30 days, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the remaining balance to cover account maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8.1 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings page at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
